$165 per 50-minute session
Insurance
My services may be covered in full or in part by your health
insurance or employee benefit plan.
I am not on any of the insurance company "panels" other than medicare. However, for those companies that pay for "out of network" therapists, I provide periodic billing which can be submitted to the company.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash or check are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
When clients don't appear for a scheduled appointment and have not given me 24 hours notice, I charge one half of the session fee.

TO BEST UNDERSTAND YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE, CHECK WITH YOUR CARRIER ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:
Find out if there is coverage for mental health services and any limitations on that coverage. For example:
- Is there coverage for "out of network" psychotherapists?
- Are there limitations on the frequency of sessions per week or per year?
- What is the percent or the dollar amount they will cover for each session or for one year?
- Occasionally insurance companies require some referral or approval from your primary care doctor. Is that true for your carrier?
